So I know things have been a bit silent here at the blog. I've been very busy with some exciting things I'll share about soon. But for now here is something I've been working on in my free time...
It's a little long, but it is crazy! My favorite is the men's group. Wow! I can't even touch my toes! This blows my mind! Enjoy!

- I've been a pastor|educator|counselor for 17 years working primarily with jr. and sr. high students and families. I'm married to my wonderful wife Jennifer and I have a beautiful little daughter named Gladys and an amazing little boy named Jack. I have a private counseling practice in Seattle near Greenlake and I'm also a professional wedding officiant. I am a huge music fan and love all kinds. I love to learn and I love to laugh.
